Air waybills in. Validated, delivery‑ready records out.
AWBGuru reads Master Air Waybills — clean PDFs, skewed phone photos, handwriting — then proves every field against real air-freight logic. Clean documents deliver themselves. You see only the exceptions.
30 free scans to start · no card required · then pay per scan or pick a plan
From inbox to shipped record — one flow.
Air waybill data extraction, end to end: documents arrive, every field is validated against real air-freight logic, and a structured record goes out — with only the exceptions stopping for a person.
Run it as a team.
No shared passwords.
AWBGuru is multi-user from day one. Bring your whole cargo team into one workspace — each person with their own account, their own audit trail, and the right level of access.
One workspace per company
Every operator works the same pipeline and the same queue under a single company account — no shared passwords, no duplicate setups.
Invite by email in seconds
Send an invite; they set their own password and land straight in your workspace. Onboarding a new hire is seconds, not a support ticket.
Owner & member roles
Owners hold billing, members, and configuration; members process documents. Promote or right-size access in a click — the sensitive controls stay where they belong.
Full activity trail
Every upload, correction, approval, and export is attributed by user and timestamped — accountability built in, and it stays intact after someone leaves.
Priced to your volume. Not your headcount.
How many air waybills a month?
Swipe the full lineup.
Six ways to buy the same engine. Overage past your allowance always bills at that plan's own per-scan rate — never a penalty.
Enterprise
Custom volume, a negotiated per-scan rate, and on-prem or data-residency deployment for teams that can’t send documents to the cloud. Talk to us.
House waybills, manifests & invoices are auto-classified but not extracted and count as 0.1. Documents blocked by the page guard or still in flight are never charged. Your effective per-scan cost drops as volume grows.
The questions cargo teams ask first.
Do you transmit the FWB to the airline?
No. AWBGuru generates and returns the message — FWB/16 or FWB/17 — and you transmit it through your own rails. We hold no airline credentials, which keeps your carrier relationships and liability exactly where they are today.
Do we have to set up templates for each carrier’s layout?
No. There is no per-carrier template configuration. New layouts — including skewed phone photos and handwritten fields — are read by the same extraction stack and proven by the same validation rules.
What happens to our documents after processing?
Source files auto-delete within 24 hours. What persists is the structured audit receipt: extracted fields, validation results, timestamps, and delivery record.
What happens when a field fails validation?
The document routes to a review queue instead of delivering. It never blocks the stream — clean documents keep clearing while a person resolves the exception, and that correction helps tune the system.
How does pricing work?
You’re billed per scan — one scan is one extracted Master Air Waybill. Start with 30 free scans (no card), then either pay-as-you-go at $0.35/scan or pick a monthly plan from $50. Overage always bills at your plan’s own per-scan rate — never a penalty — and unused scans expire at the end of the cycle. No per-seat charge.
Which documents are supported today?
Master Air Waybills are the starting point, with consolidation detection built in. The classify-and-split stage works on any document type, so coverage expands without rebuilding anything.
